Atmo-Seal Engineering, Inc. manufactures heated solenoid valves, ball and plug valves,  and multi-position heated valve arrays, for use in gas and diesel sampling; stack and process monitoring. Our heated valves may be configured for single and multiple inputs and/or single and multiple outputs. Custom heated sample routing is one of our greatest areas of expertise. Our typical operating range is 450 F, but higher ranges are available.

Choice of AC 50-60 HZ or DC operation in a wide range of heater voltages
Coil Voltages in 12 VDC, 24 VDC 120 VAC, or others as needed
Choice of Thermocouple, RTD, Internal Thermostat or other sensors
Valve seals from Silicone, Teflon  Viton, Buna or other materials
Easily dis-assembled and repaired in situ

Atmo-Seal, Inc., offers an extensive line of both custom and standard valves and arrays designed specifically for emissions testing.

The valve array (left) is designed to toggle pre-and-post-treatment samples quickly, providing superb comparative data.

The array also incorporates our proprietary solenoid valve (with a back pressure sealing seat good to 70 PSIA) for cal/purge/zero gas introduction.

At Atmo-Seal, Inc. we know delivering and routing your sample isn't child's play. Our heated valve arrays are tough and yet easily maintained.

Our heated valve array exterior enclosures are constructed from aluminum, stainless steel steel, high-temperature phenolic plastics and other low thermal-transmission materials. These create an attractive, durable and safe design.

The internal sample paths are constructed entirely from stainless steel, and the valve seats are typically Viton, Teflon or Silicone.

Like all of our products, our heated valves carry a full 18 month limited warranty.
